Jeannie Pereira, Owner/Esthetician

Jeannie Pereira received her Hawaii Esthetician License in 1992 and founded The Face Place SkinCare Clinic in 2000. After years of experience in some of Hawaii's top Spa's, her positive energy, commitment and passion led her to envision an exclusive Facial and Massage Studio, a sanctuary right in the heart of Kihei where clients would receive the highest quality professional care along with courteous service and personal attention. Thus, the Face Place was born and in 2002, just 2 years after opening, Hawaii Magazine named it "The Greatest new find in Kihei for Facial and Massage services."

Jeannie designed an extensive Facial and Massage menu with treatments catering to each individual's special needs. There is an array of Specialty facials as well as the latest Non-Ablative Resurfacing treatments. Massage services offered range from nurturing and relaxing to specific corrective techniques designed to relieve chronic pain in specific areas of the body.

Jeannie's education and experience includes 17 years of Professional Esthetician services at some of Maui's finest hotels, including the Grand Wailea, the Four Seasons and the Fairmont Kealani where she was the Leader and Educator of the esthetician team and one of the trainers in Body Treatments for the massage therapists. She also was involved with the opening of the Aesthetica Maui Clinic in 1996 where she worked with Dermatologists Dr. George Martin and Dr. Kenny Mallots offering pre and post laser services as well as facials and corrective peels. Jeannie has received Advanced ISA Certifications in both Facial Massage and Skin care. In 1996, she also received Biomedic Medical Certification including Biomedic Glycolic Peel treatment and Dermaplaning. Jeannie's exceptional dedication to her profession has led her to attend International SkinCare Conferences each year , where she has the opportunity to receive the most up to date education available on new Skin Care techniques and products.

Jackie Kapua Tyler, Licensed Massage Therapist

Jackie brings over 23 years experience in massage to The Face Place. Well versed in a variety of massage techniques, Jackie is also an instructor of Lomi Lomi massage at a number of massage schools on Maui. In addition, Jackie specializes in body wraps, scrubs and specialty treatments utilizing local organic body care techniques.

Mona Bell, Licensed Massage Therapist

Mona has 4 years experience as a licensed massage therapist in Hawaii. She is also a Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist. She specializes in Lomi-Lomi, Swedish and Deep Tissue therapeutic treatment. She also does hot stone massages and scrubs as well as Reiki energy work.

Robin Bolos, Licensed Massage Therapist

Robin Bolos graduated from the Hawaiian Islands School of Massage in Kona, Hawaii, in 1991 and then went on to work at the Hyatt Waikoloa, Anara Spa as a Fitness trainer and Massage Therapist. After helping to open the Grand Hyatt Wailea Hotel and Spa, Robin took a position as a Massage Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Pohaku ( hot stone ), Shiatsu and Sports Massage.
